Topics include: developing vision and mission statements, business objectives, and market analysis: product or service, client, competition, marketing objectives, break-even point, financial statements, and financial projections.

Business Coaching

We conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to develop and write business plans that help with the first steps of starting a business. The business plan will help to evaluate the feasibility and sustainability of the business.

Business Administration

We offer classes to support entrepreneurs with a wide range of topics including: accounting and finances, financial statements, financial projections, business ethics, human resources, business contracts, operations, marketing, product development, customer service, strategic management, basics of franchise, financing, and pricing.

Marketing Training

Our team works side-by-side with entrepreneurs to develop a solid marketing plan. This plan will identify ideal clients, best channels to communicate with prospective clients, and investments that are necessary to reach projected revenue.

Industry Training

Childcare Industry: This program provides a foundation for successful childcare businesses. We assist clients with building codes and state licensing compliance, financial recordkeeping, and managing operating expenses. Our team offers the following demographic-based programs in childcare:

Food Industry: We provide industry-specific training for clients who are looking to open a restaurant, food truck, or catering services.

Construction Industry: We partner with the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s REACH Program to provide more specific training for clients who are looking to start a business in the construction industry.

Cleaning Industry: We provide in-house training for clients interested in starting a residential or commercial cleaning business.

Other Industries: Entrepreneurs opening a business in another industry can attend classes on operations, management, and finance tailored to their industry.
